About
I am a creator at heart, exploring the world through photography, and writing. My work is driven by curiosity—an urge to capture the fleeting, to find meaning in stillness, and to turn observation into something tangible. Through my art photography, I seek to express more than what is seen; I aim to evoke a feeling, a question, or a moment of recognition. Whether it’s the quiet beauty of a forgotten landscape, the raw energy of a city at dusk, or the interplay of light and shadow in abstract form, my images tell stories that exist beyond the frame.
Photography, for me, is not just about documenting what’s in front of me—it’s about interpreting it. I love the process of distilling a scene down to its essence, playing with composition and contrast to create something that resonates on a deeper level. I continue to explore new ways to merge artistic expression with visual storytelling.
Alongside my photography, I write. My latest book, Barely Zen: A Completely Unscientific Guide to Life, reflects the same philosophy that shapes my visual work—finding meaning in the everyday, embracing imperfection, and seeing the world through a lens of curiosity and humour. Whether through images or words, I’m drawn to the spaces between certainty and ambiguity, where perspective shifts and new possibilities emerge.
Creativity is my way of making sense of things, of capturing the intangible, and of sharing something that might inspire others to pause, reflect, or see the world a little differently. My work is a constant exploration, and I invite you to be part of the journey.
